Trilogy Communications achieves ISO 9001:2008

ISO 9001:2008 is a global rating of quality developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation. It provides an international reference for quality management requirements as well as any regulatory obligations of the company’s industry. The stringent certification process investigates all aspects of the business to ensure that internal systems can deliver continually improving products and services.

BSI Management Systems was the accrediting body for this latest standard which continues a relationship which started in 2007 with the original ISO9000 audit and award.
